Job Description

A potential candidate should be having excellent communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate a leadership role to manage complete HR affairs of the company through its team. He should be able to train its team in order to take them to the level where the department can practice state-of-the-art practices of human development domain. Must be having enough skills to drive changes in the company’s culture. Assertiveness to adhere to the policies in necessary.      

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design compensation and benefits packages

• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

• Manage employees’ grievances

• Create and run referral bonus programs

• Measure employee retention and turnover rates

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department

• Pay Roll

• Update selected employee information (Hired/Not hired)

• Updating Company Facebook page

• Communication with the Management regarding HR

• Maintain employee record file

•A job posting on on-line portals

• Owner of the Employee Exit Process


• Demonstrable leadership abilities

• Solid communication skills

• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)

• MBA/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field Salary details will subject to experience.

Preference: IT & Telecom sector experience
