Job Description
- Proven experience of managing and leading team and able to measure their performance against well-defined KPIs
- Strategic planning and decision making on procurement and logistic matters
- Intra and inter departmental collaboration to maintain smooth company operations
- Identify gaps and improve existing processes
- Supplier relationship management
- Able to manage and communicate effectively at all levels: upward, downward, peer level, internal and external communication
- Take ownership for departmental goals and set quantified objectives to achieve them
- Maintain check and balance over Whole process of amazon related procurement labeling to credit memos. (Labeling, shipping cost, parcel hero collection, UPS, FedEx)
- Update and take ownership of all procurement worksheets and dashboards
