- Perform operations in the returns area.
- Follow-up on all outstanding returns to ensure their timely return to Suppliers/brands.
- Get the credit memo against the defective units.
- Generate shipping labels for the returns shipments.
- Get a replacement from the Brands, claim a warranty.
- Communicate with Brands, suppliers/vendors, and internal teams.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements.
- Must be able to perform any other duties asked by a supervisor or team lead.
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of returns experience.
- Experience with Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
