We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team!

- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc. when required.
- Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
- Scheduling initial and Final interviews with the team leads and hiring managers.
- Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Liaison with universities for hiring and webinars.
- Assist the HR team in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Any other task assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Detail-oriented.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualification:
- Graduation or above in Human Resource Management
