We are looking for a talented data entry operator and proof reader – with a strong knowledge of products, punctuation and grammar – who will bring their keen attention to detail to every task that crosses their desk; ensuring the company’s quality standards are maintained at all times.
The role involves data entry and proof reading of product data for an online shopping aggregator.
Skills and Attributes
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a data entry or proof reading role for an overseas company
- Strong attention to detail and excellent editing and proof reading skills are essential, as is an appreciation for good grammar; and,
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage time and schedule tasks whilst remaining resilient to changing priorities.
To be successful in this role you will be process driven, have strong attention to detail, have excellent time management and organisational skills, strong interpersonal skills and the desire to go the extra mile.The applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent grasp of English usage, grammar and spelling
- Very strong attention to detail
- Very strong editing and proof reading skills
- Can organise and present information clearly and concisely according to specified style
- High level of computer literacy and excellent keyboard skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to listen to client requests and deliver
- Receptive to feedback
- Good judgement
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Can handle multiple assignment and work under continual deadline constraints.
