Qualifications & experience:

Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent having 2 years’ work experience. Those having work experience as Administrative officer in an educational institution will be preferred.

 

Job Summary:

Reporting to HOD Health Professions Education, the Administrative Officer will be responsible to deliver and receive exam material to the concerned coordinator, prior and after the exam, to assist faculty members in arranging the exam and conducting the same, will assist in administrative work activities which includes maintaining monthly planner for meetings and workshops, seminars, department meetings, drafting letters, emails, memos. Incumbent will need to interact and coordinate with Medical College and other Departments at the Institutions and with external institutions for work activities as assigned by the HOD.

 

Applicants should have good communication skills, (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and computer proficiency especially MS Office
