Job Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible to provide application level support to end users through queries and programs, data extraction, maintenance of AS/400, system configuration work management, job and print controls.
- Also needs to work on Root Cause Analysis of the issues occurring on the application and provide a solution to same.
- Should have good knowledge of SQL and able to extract reports from the application.
- Diploma or Bachelors in Computer Science with strong technical expertise in advanced COBOL/400, RPG/400 and SQL/400 proficiency.
- Incumbent must have 5-7 years of related work experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in AS/400 is mandatory.
