Should hold an MBA preferably with an LLB or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with policies and procedures for employees and should have 5 to 6 years related work experience at a management level position. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and be proficient at use of MS Office.
Incumbent will report to Manager Employee Relations & will be responsible for ongoing activities of the department which includes timely processing of separations, looking after the disciplinary issues in coordination with the concerned HODs, monitoring attendance and absence of staff on the biometric attendance system, processing leave applications, monitoring overtime work done in various departments and analyzing reasons for the same, monitoring staff turnover and conducting exit interviews. Incumbent will also responsible to supervise 2 to 3 HR Officers to ensure the timely & effective completion of assigned responsibilities.
