Requirnment:
Should hold an MBA (HRM) or equivalent qualification be well-versed with HR functions and procedures and should have 5 to 6 years related work experience at a management level position. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and be proficient at use of MS Office.
Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely hirings in coordination with concerned HODs, annual salary increase, processing promotions recommendations, fortnightly reports, and to assist Staffing Manager/ DHR in special assignments. Incumbent will be responsible to supervise 2 to 3 HR Officers to ensure the timely & effective completion of their assigned responsibilities.
