Job Responsibilities:

  • Incumbent will report to Manager Payroll and will be responsible for processing & checking of the earnings/deductions, overtime payments, loan repayments, Final settlements of the separating employee statutory payments, & prepare reports for the same, maintaining readily available records, ensuring timely completion of work as per standard protocol.
  • The Assistant Manager Payroll will also be required to work on special assignments pertaining to Payroll & other functions of HR with Manager Payroll and/or Director HR or independently as assigned.
  • Incumbent will be responsible to supervise 1 to 2 HR Officers to carry out their job responsibilities and work assignments.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Should hold an MBA/ACCA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with Payroll processing.
  • He/she should have 5 to 6 years related work experience at a management level.
  • Incumbent needs to have good communication skills, be proficient at use of MS excel, have good numerical analysis skills and ability to handle large data on computer.
  • Familiarity with working on ERP will be an advantage.
