Qualification & Experience:
Should hold an MBA/ACCA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with Payroll processing. He/she should have 5 to 6 years related work experience at a management level. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills, be proficient at use of MS excel and have good numerical analysis skills and ability to handle large data on computer. Familiarity with working on ERP will be an advantage.
Incumbent will report to Manager Payroll and will be responsible for processing & checking of the earnings/deductions, overtime payments, loan repayments, Final settlements of the separating employee statutory payments, & prepare reports for the same, maintaining readily available records, ensuring timely completion of work as per standard protocol. The Assistant Manager Payroll will also be required to work on special assignments pertaining to Payroll & other functions of HR with Manager Payroll and/or Director HR or independently as assigned. Incumbent will be responsible to supervise 1 to 2 HR Officers to carry out their job responsibilities and work assignments.
