Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the timely & accurate maintenance of monthly / yearly attendance record of all years students and ensure provision of regular reports.
  • Supervise the process of timely student enrollment with registering bodies.
  • Ensure adherence to laid down policies & procedures of universities and accrediting bodies and undertake follow-up where required.
  • Assist in holding student extra-curricular activities.
  • Correspond with external universities for affiliation and organize exchange programs in liaison with student bodies internally and with other universities / colleges, both nationally and internationally.
  • Market Liaquat National Medical College through contacting O & A level institutes and undertakes programs to introduce Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College to their students at regular intervals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / M.Ed. from a reputable institution with 4 to 6 years experience of Student Affairs and organizing events and maintaining liaison with other educational institutions.
  • Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and be proficient in use of MS-Office.
