Should hold an MBA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with HR functions & related processes He/she should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of responsibilities. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and be proficient at use of MS Office.
Reporting to Director HR, incumbent will be responsible for managing the Staffing activities in Human Resource. This will include managing recruitment of staff and trainees in coordination with HODs, End of Probation/ End of Contract appraisals, preparing job descriptions for staff/ trainee, annual salary increase, promotions, special assignments, and related reports & statistics.
