Role and Responsibilities

  • As an Officer of Human Resources, you are required to
  • Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring process
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Resolve issues between management and employees
  • Advise managers on relevant policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
  • Conduct biannual training to educate all employees on company policies and their legal rights
