Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Director HR, incumbent will be responsible for managing the Staffing activities in Human Resource.
- This will include managing recruitment/hiring of staff, faculty and trainees in coordination with HODs; End of Probation/ End of Contract appraisals, preparing job descriptions for staff/ trainees/faculty annual performance appraisal salary increase, promotions, special assignments, and related reports & statistics.
- Applicant should have updated work knowledge of other HR work functions which would be an advantage, and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS.
Qualification & Experience:
- Should hold an MBA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with HR functions & related processes
- He/she should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of responsibilities.
- Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and be proficient at use of MS Office.
