Job Description

  • Reporting to Director HR, incumbent will be responsible for managing the Staffing activities in Human Resource.
  • This will include managing recruitment/hiring of staff and trainees in coordination with HODs, End of Probation/ End of Contract appraisals, preparing job descriptions for staff/ trainees, annual salary increase, promotions, special assignments, and related reports & statistics.
  • Applicant should have updated work knowledge of other HR work functions which would be an advantage, and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS
  • Should hold an MBA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with HR functions & related processes He/she should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of responsibilities. Incumbent needs to have good communication skills and be proficient at use of MS Office
