Job Summary:
Support Engineer is responsible to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software and printers issues. Install and configure OS, applications i.e. HIS, AS400, PACS, Outlook as per defined procedure and keep the Systems and End-Point Protections up-to-date.
Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns, and actively perform end-users backup and Virus & Worms removal activities as per need.
Qualifications & Experience:
BS(CS)/BE (CS), 2 to 3 year post qualification hands-on experience of Systems and Applications support preferably in healthcare or of any large corporate sector, Microsoft certified will be given preference.
