We intent to appoint an energetic and competent Planning Engineer to join our team for under construction mixed use high rise building project in Lahore and the candidate should comply with the followings:
- Should be B.Sc. Civil Engineer with 7 to 10 years’ relevant experience (must have PEC license)·
- Should have hands on experience in scheduling software i.e.
- Primavera and should be able to generate base line schedule, resource loading, generate various kind of look ahead reports etc.·
- Should be able to prepare procurements schedule and project budgets·
- Should have ability for monitoring and tracking the project progress, and writing up reports accordingly.
- Should be able to fully understand and meeting all contract requirements.·
- Should be able to liaison with contractors and suppliers, managing resources, and communicating with all project/s stakeholders·
- Should be able to analyze data, write reports, and deliver presentations to management·
- Should have sound knowledge of the relevant Engineering disciplines (MEP) in preparing project detailed schedule and be able to anticipate in problems resolving·
- Should be able to negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices.·
- Should be able to schedule and attend meetings and preparing the minutes of meetings (MoM)·
- Should be able to delegate tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring their performance and generating reports accordingly·
- Should have strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills·
- Should have sound understanding of QA/QC and HSE protocols·
- Should have ability to focus under pressure, multi-tasking abilities and meeting deadlines·
- Should be able to ensure that project/s are completed on time and within budgets
