The Candidate
- The ideal candidate will have inbound and outbound call center experience.
- They should have knowledge and expertise in managing and addressing customer’s queries in a timely manner.
- They should possess good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients through an in and out-bound calling system.
- To attend all calls and make calls to customers which were missed.
- Updating clients’ issues in CRM after identifying the appropriate campaign.
- Call center agent experience is must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
Remuneration
We provide market competitive salary. It is possible to increase salary when 3 months probationary period is completed on performance basis.
