Manages social media channels, campaigns, creating all video content and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyzes social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Social media management experience 5 Years
  • Must have a reel or portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities
  • Must own and be proficient with Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Able to work with After Effects templates and create custom graphics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Must know how to work with green screen backgrounds and edit with green screen footage

  • Analytics reviews presentations, explanations of reviews and future planning for to develop clients following, engagement and conversion.
  • Creation of presentations explaining the client how we are progressing in their online presence.

  • Development - we will be more than accommodating to help develop the tea Upgrade to see actual informer as long as it’s within her area.
  • Video editing - Now video has become part of social media platforms and is essential for content creation. WE don't expect professional edits however the ability to edit a reel in trending formats is now essential
  • Creating suitable presentations on slides or power point that works for feedback to clients
  • Ability to understand branding guidelines and understand typesetting and positioning.
  • Major production videos our own team will create but the social media manager would be expected to have the ability to chop up videos and upload.
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
  • Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
  • Audits and analyzes social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Analyzes social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
  • Experience in social media lead generation


  • 4+ years of experience in employer branding or employee engagement
  • Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
