A self driven, dynamic and result oriented sales executive is required for direct selling of electronics goods to corporate customers in industrial and commercial sectors. Needs to enhance top line revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell Electronics products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customer.
- Reach out to customer leads through company visits on regular basis and maintain all sales activity log through proper reporting on daily basis.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Perform cost-benefits and needs analysis for existing / potential customers to meet their project needs
- Manage and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and after sales experience
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule
- Demonstration of best of work ethics by abiding by all commitments with internal and external customers and adhere to company policies all time during performing job related activities
- Reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, potential for new products and promotional tends
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven work experience in sales is preferred with selling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to make understand technical literature and presentation product information
- Target driven approach with a proven track record in sales is preferred
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
