Hiring Graphic Designer for Print & Digital Media for New Trends
Responsibilities:
• Contributes to a team environment that promotes continual creative improvement and a culture of innovation and accountability
• Support Marketing Team for all platforms.
• Estimates timelines and meets deadlines on assigned projects
• Stays current on trends and developments in digital advertising/design
• Have regular, effective & professional communication within the creative department
• Create, evolve, & maintain brand identity materials
• Follow work flow process & procedures and aid in streamlining process when applicable to be more efficient
• Video Editing / Giff / Motion Graphics / Minor Animations
• Stay abreast of ever changing software and hardware tools
• Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Research outdoor marketing trends & present any new/valuable information
• Create a positive working environment
• Excellent Graphic Design skills and Strong artistic abilities
• Extensive experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dream Weaver Premier,
• Has a professional and collaborative style
• Able to demonstrate flexibility
• Able to take & give constructive criticism professionally
• Self-accountable
• Experience with print specifications, file management & set up
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree / Advertising or design degree preferred – or Equivalent to
• Portfolio of current work
• Minimum 2-3 years of solid, hands on graphic design experience
• Ability to think creatively and conceptually with attention to detail while managing demanding deadlines and accuracies
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
