Supervise daily warehouse operations for textile products (fabrics, garments, accessories, etc.).
Manage receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and stacking of fabric rolls and finished stock as per company standards.
Implement and maintain warehouse systems for accurate inventory management (ERP/WMS).
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Maintain optimal warehouse layout and ensure FIFO/LIFO inventory control practices.
Supervise and train warehouse staff on handling delicate materials to avoid damage or contamination.
Coordinate closely with procurement, merchandising, production, and retail teams for smooth flow of materials.
Oversee documentation such as GRN, delivery challans, stock transfer notes, and dispatch records.
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards.
Monitor KPIs related to warehouse efficiency, cost, and accuracy, and recommend improvements.
Plan and execute stock audits and assist management in inventory forecasting.
