Receive and understand complaints of clients for computer interface products
- Log all complaints on CRM. and prepare the engineer’s visit form
- Assign complaints to area engineer for rectification within agreed timelines as per contractual obligations with client in morning meeting or on phone
- Followup the engineer’s visit through regular telephonic contact
- Receive, check and file visiting form to ensure complaint is rectified
- File the visit form in case file & enter the same in CRM
- Call up clients on regular basis for feedback regarding satisfaction of performance by our engineers
- If complaint involves software, coordinate with Manager Software Development Department to ensure the complaint is resolved asap.
