  • Responding to customer complaints on calls and emails.
  • Complaint logging against concerned departments.
  • Follow ups and tracking for customer complaints from concerned team.
  • Verification and submission of daily reports from engineers.
  • Recording Non-Compliance and failures against company SOPs.
  • Verify and maintain preventive service reports.

Should have good background with software support and excellent communication skill
