Job Description

  • Must know all necessary details about Company's Products solutions to be able to convince client about importance of Annual Maintenance Contract
  • Must know all Product advantages to be able and convince client about Prospects of Annual Maintenance Contract.
  • Responsible to generate business through Annual Maintenance Contracts; new and/or renewals, as assigned
  • Keeps track of clients whose warranty/service contract is expiring in upcoming months
  • Prepares Annual Maintenance Contract and proposals for the client(s) for new or renewal.
  • Sends the proposal to the client.
  • Ensures a good followup with client on call and through email.
  • Ensures invoice generation .
  • Must prepare and submit a monthly report
