• Manage the sales of his team / department / branch, as the case maybe
  • Manage the marketing activities of his team / department / branch
  • Undertake periodic targets set by top management and work to achieve them
  • Ensure proper working of marketing and sales team – assigned to him - according to their job description
  • Workout demographic divisions of potential areas and assign an area to each business executive working under him
  • Keep a close monitoring over his team to ensure they are focused on sales and target achievement
  • Support his team with visits to clients wherever required and / or periodic visits
  • Ensure his sales team honors all company policies with respect to Sales Department
  • Keep a close contact with clients to ensure all requirements of a sales cycle are met and client is 100% satisfied
  • Keep a close working relationship with after sales support teams to ensure that clients are satisfied with installation and training of sold system
  • Ensure coordinators send mailshots, reminders, and perform other tasks as per their job description
  • Evaluate and suggest effective marketing strategies for his overall territories / business area
  • Provide inputs about ways to improve the sales
  • Carry out important analysis and report-making to improve efficiency
  • Carry out sales forecast periodically for his territories
  • Carry out performance evaluations of his team periodically and plan improvements
  • Carry out need analysis of department for HR and take steps to hiring and retention of good HR under himself
  • Ensure his business executives and coordinators remain motivated and intact with Limton, incase of any HR shortage arrange suitable HR with consultation
  • Conduct regular sales force trainings over new products and/or sales techniques
  • Build a healthy competitive and team atmosphere amongst his sales team
  • Build a sound PR with concerned people; maintain good customer relations
  • Participate in tenders and work closely with management to ensure right strategies are adopted in tenders
