- Makes proposals.
- Assists salesperson, sends payment reminders, follows up clients.
- Faxes proposals to client and makes their copy, gets proposals dispatched to clien
- Handles inter-departmental communication.
- Follows the storekeeper for equipments to be demonstrated.
- Prepares mail shots and sends them to client, in case he’s interested, coordinator forwards the concern to BE.
- Handles in-house prospecting through phone calls and mail shots.
