Customization/complaint requirement analysis from any of:
- SSD (Software Support Department)
- SMD (Sales & Marketing Department)
Customer
- Preparation of SoW (Scope of work)
- Get timelines of SoW from TL/developers
- Send to Management for cost analysis
- Prepare & send quotation to Customer/SSD/SMD
- Follow-up for given quotations from Customer/SSD/SMD
- Prepare Invoice and send to Customer/SSD/SMD
- Follow-up Customer/SSD/SMD for sign-off in customization case
- Manage hard copies of all documents and record
- Software documentation (where needed)
