• Handles Annual Maintenance Contract be they new or renewals.
  • Steps in picture after warranty and service contract expire.
  • In order to get client in AMC or renewal of AMC, he/she collects services and complaint details being provided to the client from HSE, sends contract proposals through fax and by courier within first week of the month, follows up contract by phone call or fax, arranges contract meetings if required by client or Limton.
  • Sends all types of quotations.
  • Responsible for invoice generation and delivery for all contracts.
  • Responsible for recovery of payments from contracts’ accounts.
  • Produces and submits a monthly report showing all earnings of SSD along with payment status (received and balance).
  • Monitors and reports all matters of concern to MSS on time.
  • Designs a plan to attract the clients who aren’t interested in service contract even after expiry of guarantee / warranty period.
