The HR Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role covers a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, personnel files).
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a basic Performance Management System
  • Monitor and ensure that Goals & KPIs are set for each employee in accordance with the PMS and goal-setting guidelines.Monitor attendance and leave management systems; generate HR-related reports as needed.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (leaves, attendance, etc.).
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee evaluations.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR documents and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
