Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate the daily activities of roofing, siding, and gutter crews, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project progress.
  • Manage supplier relationships by placing material orders and tracking deliveries to guarantee availability and prevent delays.
  • Monitor project timelines closely and provide daily updates to management, enabling informed decision-making and swift issue resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients using multiple channels, including messaging platforms, email, and phone calls, to provide regular project status updates.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and follow-ups promptly, cultivating strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating inspections and walkthroughs to meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including job files, photographic records, digital folders, estimates, invoices, and completion reports.
  • Handle insurance-related documentation such as scopes of work, supplements, and approval forms to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the company owner and sales team to align project objectives and support overall business goals.
  • Maintain organized calendars, reminders, and task lists to streamline the workflow and support team productivity.
  • Manage cost estimation and budgeting activities to control expenses and optimize project profitability.
  • Utilize project management software, such as Microsoft Project, to plan, track, and report on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead and support a team of four persons, providing guidance, resolving challenges, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Implement effective communication strategies within the team to ensure clarity of assignments and timely completion of tasks.
