- Managing and supervising all activities at the centre.
- Managing the employees, their behaviors and their appraisals
- Managing the daily employee reports, the daily children reports, the incident reports and the attendance reports.
- Dealing with Parents, their issues, their requirements, and informing them of their child’s developments
- Coordinating with the operational Manager and the General Manager regarding the daily statuses and any issues that may arise.
- Regulate Daily schedule of the center and follow the curriculum.
- Greet the Parents and take over the child from them
- Check the child’s temperature in front of the parents
- If the child has a normal temperature, take his/her belongings from the parents and mark the attendance
- If the child has a mild fever, then ask the parents to either take the child back home or fill out medical form that states the current situation in order for the daycare to take him/her in.
- No medication shall be provided without a doctor’s prescription and the parents wriiten approval
- Monitor each child throughout the day and if any child is found sick, inform the Manager and the Parent
