Live Quran Lesson is seeking qualified and passionate Online Quran Teachers to join our dedicated online academy. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent Quran recitation skills with a deep understanding of Tajweed rules and has the ability to teach Noorani Qaida and Quran recitation to learners of varying levels. This role requires strong English communication skills, professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging virtual learning environment. Candidates must be comfortable using digital collaboration tools and managing virtual classrooms to ensure effective remote teaching sessions. This position offers the flexibility of work-from-home arrangements with scheduled shifts to support students in the UK and USA time zones.
With at least two years of teaching experience preferred, the Online Quran Teacher will play a critical role in guiding students in Quran memorization and proper pronunciation. The candidate will be responsible for assessing student progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning journey. Maintaining a stable internet connection and having the necessary hardware such as a laptop or headset is essential for seamless communication. This role focuses on individual student growth and wisdom imparted through skilled and compassionate teaching but does not involve managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online Quran lessons following proper Tajweed rules and pronunciation techniques to ensure accurate recitation.
- Teach Noorani Qaida and Quran recitation effectively, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning paces and styles.
- Engage students actively during virtual classes using interactive techniques to maintain focus and motivation.
- Apply various memorization techniques to help students retain Quranic verses and enhance their recitation skills.
- Manage virtual classrooms professionally, ensuring punctuality, discipline, and a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Utilize digital collaboration tools effectively to facilitate communication and learning resources sharing during sessions.
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing timely and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear and concise records of student progress and attendance for reporting purposes.
- Demonstrate responsibility and professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and the academy.
- Prepare lesson materials and customize content to meet individual student needs and curriculum requirements.
- Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate online learning challenges and ensure student understanding.
- Ensure technical readiness for each session, including stable internet connectivity and functioning equipment, to avoid disruptions.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the values and ethics associated with Quranic education.
