Manage the development of multiple proposal simultaneously, ensure the proposal is compliant, compelling, and persuasive in accordance with the solicitation, all referenced documents, and LiveWire’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Writes technical copy for proposals and technical publications.
- Capture, shape, and synthesize information to reflect a cohesive message, written in one voice
- Researches, develops and writes technical content for technical and management documents as required for proposals and contracts.
- Accountable for creating and delivering a winning proposal for each assigned opportunity and ensuring full compliance to RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements.
- Manage several proposals simultaneously in a high-volume, quick-turn, fast-paced environment
- Works within tight deadlines & responds to feedback in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to support new sales
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proposal writing experience with excellent writing/editing capabilities, strong analytical/research skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the proven ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours.
