We are a Livechat Software House, We are looking for individuals for the following job role:
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Search and generate leads through direct approach i.e. LinkedIn, Email, Call etc..
- Daily follow-ups, discussions with clients.
- To generate and identify quality leads on different online channels i.e. social media, online portals etc. that result in sales.
- Identify potential clients & strategic partners to increase sales.
- Flexible to work within the team environment and other in-house resources in order to meet customer current and future needs.
- Updating and maintaining the Daily Progress Report/Sheet to ensure accurate and up to date information (meetings status, activities, contact details, projects or contacts applied/awarded etc.)
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Develop a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Seek ways of improving the way in which we market ourselves.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
The role requires an excellent command of spoken and written english as the role involves dealing with international businesses predominantly in the UK.
