We are currently recruiting for professional customer service advisors to work in a well established call centre in Gujrat.
This role will involve dealing with customer queries and complaints so empathy and rapport building skills are essential. You will be responsible for taking inbound & out bound calls from customers of several different clients resolving any issues and concerns they may have.
