- Knowledge of complete product line of Huawei collaboration solutions specifically IPCC components
- At least 5 years of experience in deployment of Huawei collaboration projects and able to provide project design, development and installation of IPCC component i.e. CRS, CTI, ICS, IVR, USM, CMS and U2980/U1960.
- Able to deploy and manage routine tasks i.e. security implementation, backups, operation management and troubleshooting of system.
- Experience in Linux OS and installation and management of Oracle databases.
- Expertise to work along with development team to finalize the IVR, Chat, Email, Agent Console modules etc.
- Perform necessary documentation additions, updates and deletions to the in-house documentation.
- Perform operational and administration tasks and configuration changes. Recommend operational enhancements.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in deployment of CRS server, IVR, queues and skill based routing.
- Experience in deployment of Internet contact service (ICS) i.e integration with social media, Email, Web Agent and FAX.
- Experience in deployment of call recording, desktop recording and CMS reporting tool.
- Experience of configuring all types of trunks like SIP, E1, FXO on 1960 gateway.
- Knowledge of DBs like Oracle, SQL server.
- Experience of DB backup using RMAN/RAC and restoring them accordingly.
- In depth knowledge of SIP protocol and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of text to speech (TTS).
- Ability to deploy gateways like U2980 and U1960 and USM server.
- Able to integrate web chat, email, and social media modules with IPCC
