Job Specification:
- People who have previously lived in the UK will be preferred.People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign or who worked as a cab controller will be preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent (British).
- Experience in Call Center Industry will be preferred.Excellent skills in Customer Management.
- Complaint Management & Escalation Process.Self-motivated.Good team player.
- Ability to multi-task.Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
- Goal-oriented, determined, and high-achiever.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Rs20,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
