A well known Web Hosting company is looking for Sales & Support representatives for its local and foreign clients. Proper training would be given regarding webhosting. Major Tasks
- Provide excellent and prompt client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Chat, online support system & phone to our local and foreign clients.
- Answer emails and phone calls from potential customers to explain our products and services and promote the advantages of our company versus competitors.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to deal with foreign clients.
- Previous experience of Sales or Customer Services is required
- Candidated having knowledge of domain registration, web Hosting, website, POP3/IMAP Email, Web Server would be preferred.
