We require a Sales & Customer Support Executive (Call Centre) for our company.
- You will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls depending on nature of job.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Provide quality sales through live chat.
- Takes orders by obtaining and verifying information.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- prepare and send proposals to clients based on their requirements.
Suitable Profile for This Position:
- Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat.
- Must be available to work in evening & night shifts.
