The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible to monitor the calls (inbound and outbound) as well as email responses of our account executives and account managers.
This position's main role involves:
- Assessing the customer service performance
- Suggesting improvements to the current system of customer care calls, chat, and email responses
- Designing of call monitoring formats and quality standards
- Using quality monitoring systems to compile and track performance at team and individual level
- Providing feedback on a daily, weekly and monthly level
- Facilitating necessary training sessions
Required Skills:
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding command over written and spoken English
- Some knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable University
- Self-motivated
