Key Tasks:

  • You will be responsible to provide customer support services through inbound calls.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Provide quality support through live chat and email.
  • Responding to Clients’ queries, issues and concerns.
  • Timings for the job is night/evening shift however, timing might change depending on requirement.

Skills

Must have at least 2 year experience in a call center relate, Must be available to work in night/evening shift, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
