Lotte Akhtar Beverages is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on improving organizational effectiveness by applying expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. This role requires someone who can design and implement strategies that enhance performance management and foster a positive workplace culture. The candidate will work closely with various departments to identify development needs and promote continuous learning through training programs and employee engagement initiatives. While this role does not involve managing a team, strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to influence and support employees across the organization effectively. This position plays a crucial part in analyzing employee engagement survey results and utilizing employee engagement platforms to monitor workforce satisfaction and motivation levels. The OD Specialist develops actionable plans to address areas for improvement and supports leadership in creating alignment between employee goals and organizational objectives. The candidate will lead the development and execution of talent management practices aimed at retaining top talent and enhancing employee growth. Through performance management, the specialist will help establish clear expectations and provide feedback mechanisms to maximize individual and team contributions to the companys success.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve overall company effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Design and manage talent management programs that support workforce planning, career development, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate and analyze employee engagement surveys to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage employee engagement platforms to track employee sentiment and develop targeted initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of training and development programs that enhance employee skills and promote continuous learning.
  • Support performance management processes by defining clear performance standards, facilitating feedback mechanisms, and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to align organizational development activities with business objectives and culture.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to encourage employee participation and ownership of development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development interventions and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in fostering a positive organizational culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on talent management and engagement best practices.
  • Collect and analyze data related to organizational health and employee performance to inform strategy and decision-making.
