Responsibilities:
The Manager Finance (M-FIN) will provide high quality standardized financial management support and ensure financial compliance of the Company operations and activities with the rules and regulations laid down by the Company
- Prepare budget forecasts and estimates for annual and quarterly budget requirements and project proposals, which involve financial forecasting, budgeting and accounts.
- Prepare financial and budgetary plans ensuring full compliance with IFRS, IAS and Company’s ACT 2017.
- Keeps detailed records throughout the year regarding expenditures, cost re-adjustments, and utilization of resources allocated to department in compliance with the Company’s Sops, policies, procedures, rules and regulations for both internal and external audit.
- Prepare cash plan, expenditure reports and correspondence on utilization of trusts funds.
- Develop SOPs and Guidelines for financial management and procurement and ensure their implementation in complete spirit.
