Job Description

  • To manage overall functioning of HR Department and Secretarial tasks regarding HR Committee.
  • Looking after HR operational issues including employee’s appraisals, recruitment/termination, JDs, Salaries & Tax, employees insurances, conducting meetings of HR Committee and drafting minutes align with the policies and HR Manual.
  • Control, manage and apply disciplinary actions according to situations as per HR policy.
  • E-filling of salary tax, PESSI, EOBI.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll.
