We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

English teaching experience will be a plus point.


  • Must be Comfortable for the Business Visits out of City(Peshawar, Lahore and Abbottabad). Company will provide the car and all other things.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely manner
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Devise and maintain office filing system.

Requirements and Skills

  • English proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or English Lecturer
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up to date with latest MS Office and office gadgets
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion and confidentiality
