We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.
English teaching experience will be a plus point.
Responsibilities
- Must be Comfortable for the Business Visits out of City(Peshawar, Lahore and Abbottabad). Company will provide the car and all other things.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely manner
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
Requirements and Skills
- English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or English Lecturer
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up to date with latest MS Office and office gadgets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
