Luban Oasis has a new opportunity for a Mining Engineer to join our Chromite Mining Division on a full-time basis based Muscat ,Sultanate Of Oman.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites
- Ascertaining extraction risks
- Planning and implementing extraction systems
- Monitoring and evaluating underground performance
- Ensuring that operations comply with health and safety requirements
- Making sure that the equipment used is safe
- Liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff
- Analyzing data & keeping records
Requirements :
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Chromite Mining Site.
- Must have a degree or diploma in Mining Engineering .
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form.
