Lucky Aluminium is seeking a dedicated DAE Mechanical Plant Operator Trainer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for plant operator trainees, machine operators, and lab assistants on mechanical equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement training modules that cover the principles of mechanical equipment handling, powder coating procedures, and plant operations.
- Demonstrate practical skills to trainees, ensuring they achieve the required competency levels in operating mechanical and chemical plant machinery.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide timely feedback to help enhance their skills and performance on the job.
- Maintain a clean and disciplined training environment, promoting adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with plant management to align training objectives with operational goals and address any skill gaps within the team.
- Assist in evaluating trainee performance and recommend suitable candidates for advancement to operational roles.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees encountering challenges in understanding or applying operational procedures.
- Ensure all training activities comply with industry regulations and company standards related to plant safety and machinery operation.
- Encourage continuous learning and development among trainees to foster a culture of excellence and responsibility.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, trainee attendance, and competency evaluations for management review.
